Narrow bridge ........ no way
We turned off Route 1 and headed up the east side of the river towards Dettifoss . This road was gravel and had many bridges like this one.
As I started driving in Iceland i would always slow down when approaching a bridge like this, but by the time we arrived on this road I was used to them and drove through without slowing and with only inches to spare on either side
Dan took this image as we approached the bridge - you may just see the potholes at the far end of the bridge ...........great stuff
