Cawfields

I had planned to go to Cawfileds for the dawn, which meant an hour long journey to get there. However on the way I encountered a blizzard, and poor driving conditions, I wasn't expecting that!

However when I arrived the snow had stopped and the morning was fine although little colour in the sky.

I met a fellow photographer who was also capturing the dawn and we had a good talk - check out his web page at "Why not Photography"

As the morning progressed this was the best image I was able to get, a calm, still morning with freshly fallen snow and a clear reflection - who could ask for more?
